On 11/7/10 Clays for Strays and No Dog Gets Left Behind were fortunate to meet two wonderful pups traveling from
Iraq to the U.S. Scar and Atiti were welcomed home at Dulles International Airport along with Terri Crisp, founder of Operation Baghdad Pups. The two dogs couldn't be more loving,
and they are now in a place where they can live a life they deserve. For information on No Dog Gets Left Behind visit www.save-the-pups.com.
On 10/9/10 Clays for Strays delivered 725 pounds of cat food to Liberty Humane Society in Jersey City, NJ. That
is nearly 2,000 meals for unwanted and abandoned cats waiting to be rescued. For more information
on Liberty Humane Society visit www.libertyhumane.org.
On February 20th, 2010 Clays for Strays participated in Bullypalooza
sponsored by MidAtlantic Bulldog Rescue. We had yet another successful event and met many adorable bulldogs. Below is Pork
Chop, a happy-go-lucky bulldog who enjoyed the vibrant atmostphere. Joining Pork Chop below are some other friendly faces
from the event. For more information on MidAtlantic Bulldog Rescue visit www.midatlanticbulldogrescue.com
Clays for Strays participated in the 2009 Glenside
Farmer's Market and Holiday Craft Show on December 5th. Despite early morning rain and afternoon snow, the turnout was fantastic
and we were able to raise $200 for the isolation room to be created at the new PAWS Spay/Neuter Clinic. We would like to thank
everyone that came out for making it such a wonderful event. On October 31st, Clays for Strays went out to support the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society
(PAWS) Mutt Strut. PAWS had nearly 1,000 guests for the event and raised over $100,000. Clays for Strays is proud to have
contributed to that total. For more information on the generous work PAWS does, visit www.phillypaws.org
